Registering For & Adding Events
To help register for an event, print out a Registration form you can complete and send to the contact person for the Affiliate sponsoring the event.
The listing for a particular Event may include contact information, registration instructions and/or links for the Event. You will also find addresses under State Affiliates.
Posting an Event
To have an event posted, contact the address below. You can print out the Event form which shows which information should be included.

Planning an AEA Sponsored Affiliate Event
When planning your event:
- Secure your place and date.
- After you get your speaker, get them approved and fill out your CEU Application for Affiliate Events form for each speaker.
- Prepare your schedule and time each speaker will lecture. Remember you are only allowed 10 hours or 1.0 CEUs per event.
- Send this information to the Chairman of the Continuing Education Review Committee, (CERC) for approval prior to the event and before any promotional materials are distributed.
